They say never work with children or animals. PAH! Where's the fun in that?! And 'they' say a lot of things... Well, not us! We love working with both - and toddlers are quite possibly our faves!

Join us at The Newport Studio on a Tuesday morning for high-energy, fun-filled 15-minute mini sessions of silliness.

Just $60 for some gorgeous shots of your little one*

This includes 10 professionally edited images. Sessions are 15 minutes and parents are welcome to jump in for some pictures - or not! - it's totally up to you.

(Toddler to us equals sitting baby up to four years old. Fives and over and babies under six months are welcome at all other times!)

Why do we offer a free family session?

Let's be honest, the toddler in your life is usually the trickiest family member - with Toddler Tuesdays you get to try us out plus your toddler warms up to the idea of photos (there's a high chance they'll be begging to come back!)

And let's just say your toddler has a meltdown and you never want to put yourself through that again - well, at least you haven't wasted time and energy getting everyone ready for a full photoshoot!

WHAT SHOULD I DRESS MY TODDLER IN?

The colours that work best for our style of photography and editing are neutrals like whites, creams, beiges and earthy tones (browns, rusty reds, mustard, natural greens). Textures look great in photos. In summer, think twirly dresses and in winter, layers and chunky knits.

However, we know that toddlers often have their own ideas about what to wear - and that's totally fine! We want their personality to shine through and looking back on the mismatched outfit is what will make you smile most when they're turning 18. If you can steer your little one into something you love, something clean without a hugely distracting pattern, Disney character or logo then all the better - but honestly we will mainly be looking at their gorgeous little face so please don't worry too much. This is one battle you can let them win!
